Objective Evidence Based
Certification decisions are based solely on objective evidence of competence, without commercial, financial, or political influence.
Impartiality Committee
An Impartiality Committee with balanced stakeholder representation monitors threats to impartiality and advises the Board.
Structural Separation
Training and certification functions are structurally and operationally separated; trainers do not make certification decisions.
No Conflicts of Interest
No individual's remuneration is linked to the number of certifications granted, ensuring complete independence.
