Our Vision
To be a trusted, independent personnel certification body recognised for the quality, integrity, and relevance of its certification schemes across all major ISO management system standards.
Core Values
Certification decisions are based solely on evidence of competence, free from commercial or political influence.
All assessment activities are conducted by qualified and trained personnel.
We operate with transparency, honesty, and accountability in all activities.
Our certification schemes are designed for professionals worldwide across all major ISO standards.
🔗 Why Independence Matters
Independence is the cornerstone of credible certification. QA Assessor is structurally and operationally separate from any training providers. This means:
- No conflict of interest: No trainer who has trained a candidate may participate in the certification decision for that candidate.
- Objective assessment: Examination marking and certification decisions are based solely on demonstrated competence against published criteria.
- Public transparency: All certified persons are recorded in the public certificate register, verifiable by any third party.
- Impartiality Committee oversight: An independent Impartiality Committee monitors all activities that could create conflicts of interest.
🏛️ Governance Structure
QA Assessor is governed by a structured framework aligned with ISO/IEC 17024:2012 requirements for bodies operating certification of persons.
📜 Code of Ethics & Principles
QA Assessor operates according to the following ethical principles, binding on all staff, examiners, committee members, and contractors:
Confidentiality: All candidate information is treated with strict confidentiality.
Non-discrimination: All candidates are assessed fairly regardless of background or affiliation.
Transparency: Certification criteria, procedures, and decisions are documented and accessible.
Accountability: A formal complaints and appeals process ensures all decisions can be challenged.
