Verify a QA Assessor Certificate

QA Assessor maintains a publicly accessible registry of certified persons in accordance with ISO/IEC 17024:2012. Employers, clients, regulators, and other stakeholders can verify the status of an individual’s certification using the search below.




What information is displayed?

The verification result shows the following details for valid certificates:


Name of the certified person

Certification title and scheme

Certificate number

Status: Active, Expired, Suspended, or Withdrawn

Issue date and expiry date

No contact details or personal identifiers

Certification Status Codes

Status Meaning
Active The certification is current and valid. The individual has met all requirements.
Expired The certification validity period has ended. The individual must apply for recertification.
Suspended The certification has been temporarily suspended pending investigation or corrective action per PROC-007.
Withdrawn The certification has been permanently withdrawn. The individual no longer holds this certification.

This register is maintained in accordance with ISO/IEC 17024:2012, Clause 7.8, which requires certification bodies to make available information about the current status of certifications. If you have concerns about a certificate’s authenticity, please contact certification@qaassessor.com.
